The Macro Lab is a meal prep business in El Paso Texas. We believe in staying healthy, eating delicious food and maintaining a balanced lifestyle. We would like to help people achieve the best versions of themselves!

With over 12 years in the fitness industry Luis Parra & IFBB Bikini Pro Karla, have combined their experience and expertise with the culinary expertise of our amazing Chef Claudia, and her 10 years of experience. We can promise, you will not be disappointed. Let us help you reach your goals without sacrificing eating good food!

How It Works:

Order in advance to choose from our weekly rotating menu and choose best available pick-up day for you. Orders are ready as quickly as next day after 2 pm, or Sundays by 10 am.

Walk-in to purchase from the store front. Orders in advance can be customized to fit your specific needs. Hours of operation are 10 am to 7:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Wednesday Lunch only 11-3 pm Friday 10- 4:30 pm, Saturday 10 am -5:00 pm Sunday 10 am -5:00 pm. NEW ON THE WEBSITE! We have added additional Z-Bulk Items which are by the pound options for Pre-Order. In addition we have added an exciting Chef's Choice Box! Both LEAN & BULK Options. In addition, you have the option of choosing 10 or 20 meals, and of course receive a discount as opposed to individual meals. We would recommend bulk meals for males for the most part, as they are higher protein and carbs. We hope this helps simplify customers' experience at a discounted rate!
